Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the wintk002 platform. By using the platform, you will be considered to have accepted these conditions.

Account Registration
2.1 Single Account Policy
Each user may create and use only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account forfeiture. If someone is already registered with wintk002, they must contact our support team before creating a new account.
2.2 Providing Accurate Information at Registration
At the time of account registration, you must provide the following accurate information:
- Full legal name (as per National ID card)
- Correct date of birth
- Valid and active mobile number
- Valid email address (if provided)
wintk002 reserves the right to immediately close an account if false, incomplete or misleading information is provided. In such cases, any pending balance may be forfeited.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. The password must not be shared with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
You are responsible for all activities that occur on your account, unless you can prove that the account was used without authorization and that you notified us in a timely manner.
Age Restrictions
3.1 Minimum Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to use the wintk002 platform. This platform is applicable only for those aged 21 and above. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts and using the platform.
3.2 Age Verification
wintk002 reserves the right to verify your age at any time. Any one of the following documents may be requested for verification:
- National Identity Card (NID)
- Valid passport
- Birth registration certificate
- Driving license
We reserve the right to restrict account activity until age verification is completed.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Conditions
The following payment methods are supported for depositing funds into wintk002: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method)
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
- Using payment methods registered in a third party's name is prohibited.
- All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
The following rules apply when withdrawing winnings:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
- Processing time: Generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the payment method used at the time of deposit.
- The withdrawal process may be delayed if the bonus turnover requirement has not been met.
- wintk002 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals for verification purposes.
During the withdrawal request verification process, it is essential that account information is complete and accurate. wintk002 will not be liable for any delay caused by incomplete information.
4.3 Anti-Money Laundering
wintk002 is committed to preventing money laundering. In the case of suspicious transactions, we will take the necessary verification steps. All users may be required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. If any activity related to money laundering is detected, the account will be immediately closed.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — you can start with a total of ৳2,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — total ৳32,000.
- Wagering requirement: The bonus amount must be turned over 10 times before withdrawal.
5.2 Bonus Usage Terms
- A user may use each bonus offer only once.
- Bonuses may only be used in your own account.
- If the turnover requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
- wintk002 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, the bonus may be forfeited.
5.3 VIP Program
Regular members can be promoted to three VIP levels:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%
Promotion to a VIP level depends on your consistent participation and activity. wintk002 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.
Prohibited Activities
6.1 Fraudulent Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure along with legal action:
- Attempting to break the platform's software or game rules
- Playing games using bots, automation software or artificial intelligence
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses
- Using third-party payment methods
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering
- Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account
6.2 Account Sharing Prohibited
Your account is for your personal use only. Allowing family members, friends or anyone else to use your account is prohibited. Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network may be considered suspicious and could lead to an investigation.
Account Suspension and Closure
7.1 Powers of wintk002
wintk002 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- If these terms and conditions are violated
- If fraudulent activity is suspected
- If evidence of providing false information is found
- Due to security concerns
- At your own request (self-exclusion)
7.2 Account Closure at User Request
You may close your account at any time. To do so, contact our 24/7 live chat support or email us. If the turnover requirement for any pending bonus has not been met before account closure, the bonus will be forfeited. However, legitimate winnings and the remaining portion of the original deposit will be returned.
Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service Continuity

- Third-party payment provider issues
